The only things hotter than the desert sun this weekend were the parties kicking off around Coachella.
On Friday, festival-goers flooded Indio, California, for a weekend-long getaway of great performances and celebrity-filled parties.
Starting weekend one off with a bang was Rachel Zoe, who hosted her fifth annual ZOEasis Style Retreat at the Parker Palm Springs on Friday. The style maven welcomed guests Victoria Justice, Madison Grace, Kiernan Shipka, Alisha Boe, Quincy Brown and Brandi Cyrus to her Saint Tropez-inspired event. Zoe was also joined by her husband, Rodger Berman, and sons Kaius, 5, and Skyler, 8, who enjoyed jumping on the couches when the event winded down.
While at the party, guests were invited to explore the Sephora Beauty Lounge, which offered custom, festival-inspired hair services and skincare and makeup touch-ups. Jewelry brand Kendra Scott offered their famed custom jewelry experience, the Color Bar, where guests got personally design a piece to wear home. There was also plenty of photo ops inside the event, including a photo station inspired by the upcoming film Rocketman where guests could do their very best Elton John impression.

Meanwhile, on the festival grounds, Lamorne Morris stopped by the Heineken House with friends to toast to a fun weekend ahead.
When the festival died down in the evening, the party was just getting started at TAO x Revolve’s ultra-exclusive Desert Nights party. With Casamigos Tequila and Mezcal flowing, stars like Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean “Diddy” Combs, YG, Ashlee Simpson Ross, Evan Ross, Cuba Gooding Jr., Marshmello, Meek Mill, Tinashe, Chuck Liddell, Quincy Brown, Larsa Pippen, Ed Westwick and Shanina Shaik partied into the wee hours of the night.
After making a surprise appearance onstage during pal Jaden Smith’s set, Jordyn Woods made her way into the Tao x Revolve fête keeping a low-profile just before 2 a.m. With her hood on and a white mask covering her nose and mouth, Woods sat down at a VIP table on the dancefloor of the main room. After chatting with friends, Woods took off her mask while dancing along to the DJ.
At the next table over, Kim Kardashian West’s ex-husband Kris Humphries partied with friends, including model Shaik — who reached over to Woods at one point and said, “I pray for you,” likely in reference to the aftermath of the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal.
Meanwhile, at the Poppy x Google Midnight Bloom party, guests enjoyed DJ sets and cocktails at the luxurious Zenyara Estate — which boasts a man-made beach in the middle of the desert.

On Saturday, a stylish crowd flocked to the first day of #REVOLVEfestival held at the Merv Griffin Estate, including Victoria’s Secret models Elsa Hosk, Stella Maxwell, Jasmine Tookes, Romee Strijd, Sara Sampaio, Shaik and stars Winnie Harlow, Jasmine Sanders, Shay Mitchell, Brooklyn Beckham, Madison Pettis, Peyton List, Madison Beer, Danielle Bernsetin, Aimee Song, Camila Coelho, Olivia Culpo, Draya Michele and The Bachelor’s Caelynn Miller-Keyes.
The #REVOLVEfestival lineup featured sets by SZA, School Boy Q and Jay Rock. 2Chainz closed the show with a high energy performance of all his hit songs and paid a tribute to friend and fellow rapper, the late Nipsey Hussle.
Along with the performances, party-goers also enjoyed JAJA Tequila, Heineken, La Croix and PathWater. Activations for the festival included an on-site pop-up shop curated by Cotton (as in The Fabric of Our Lives), REVOLVEbeauty experiences, a REVOLVE merch tent, a Quay Australia sunglass shack, and a lush food garden from DoorDash serving up LA-favorite Uncle Paulie’s and Schutz soda shop. Lyft was also on hand as the official rideshare sponsor.
Bootsy Bellows hosted a huge pool party sponsored by McDonald’s and PacSun at a private estate, which brought out stars like Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Hailey Baldwin. Jenner, Hadid and Baldwin all hung out together at a VIP table by the pool, while Woods and her mom Elizabeth hung out a separate table close by. The song of the weekend was definitely Lil Nas’ “Old Town Road” remix featuring Billy Ray Cyrus, which got partygoers hyped up every single time it came on.
Meanwhile, Lucky Brand and Rolling Stone Live took over the Arrive Hotel in Palm Springs for their third annual Desert Jam. The invite-only event featured live performances by X Ambassadors, Drax Project, Jax Jones and Ama Lou.

On Saturday night, the famous Neon Carnival celebrated its 10-year anniversary. In partnership with Levi’s Brand, the exclusive event welcomed new additions including Australian-born beauty brand Bondi Sands and the upcoming big-screen adventure POKÉMON Detective Pikachu. Created by Brent Bolthouse, the outdoor dance party attracted an elite crowd including stars like DiCaprio, H.E.R., Alessandra Ambrosio, Janelle Monáe, Odell Beckham Jr., 2 Chainz, Quavo, Wiz Khalifa, Meek Mill, Young Thug, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Paris Hilton.
Since relocating to the HITS Desert Park, the expansive equestrian center welcomed back festival-goers with a newly redesigned all grass layout spanning 3 football fields, featuring new carnival style games and amusement park thrills.
DiCaprio, who hasn’t missed a single Neon Carnival since its inception, was spotted chatting with Bolthouse. The two were overheard discussing the new layout and setup and the expansion into weekend 3 as Bolthouse joking asked DiCaprio if he had plans for April 27th. The remainder of the night, DiCaprio kept a low profile remaining incognito in his hooded sweatshirt, hat and glasses while getting cozy with Argentinean model Camila Morrone and dancing to the sounds of DJ Ruckus.
Fresh off her highly-anticipated set at the desert music festival, Monáe arrived in party mode with her gal pals at Neon Carnival. Odell Beckham Jr., who arrived at the party with Sports Illustrated model Danielle Herrington and pals, wore a color-coordinated neon outfit with beanies and bright kicks. Beckham was spotted dancing his way to a table before pal Von Miller came from behind for a hug.
At Jeremy Scott’s annual Moschino desert party, party-goers helped celebrate the launch of the brand’s new capsule collection inspired by The Sims. The event featured specialty cocktails curated by Ciroc, tasty treats provided by SONIC Drive-In, a roller-rink and amusement-park slide.
Kiernan Shipka and rumored beau Charlie Oldman (son of Gary Oldman) held hands in the VIP section of the Moschino party and enjoyed the music before leaving together.
Cardi B‘s sister Hennessy Caroline appeared to have a great time dancing to the music with her partner Michelle Diaz and Scott, though she threw some subtle shade when she stopped dancing when a song by Nicki Minaj (who has had a long-running feud with Cardi) came on. When Cardi’s “Bodak Yellow” played, Hennessy shouted the lyrics and took videos of her singing along to the hit.
Meanwhile at Zenyara, PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive and first-time Coachella performer Idris Elba DJ’ed. At the Cash App Dome, Migos rapper Quavo treated the crowd to a performance.
